Project Brief

Étoile de Chicago is a conceptual patisserie inspired by the elegance of vintage European cafés and Chicago’s historic architecture. The goal was to design a warm, serene space that showcases chef Tahis Sanchez’s handcrafted desserts and maximizes natural light. I developed the layout, material palette, and key details needed to convey simplicity, modernity, and comfort.
